ORE Engineer Retrofits

As an ORE Engineer Retrofits at Sulzer, your role involves taking responsibility for all design, processing, and supporting activities for the assigned product range. This includes providing pre-sales support, compiling engineering design studies, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Your key responsibilities include: - Undertaking all design, processing, and supporting activities for the assigned product range - Compiling and overseeing engineering design studies for each order or contract - Producing and controlling the preparation and issue of schedules, specifications, calculations, drawings, 3D models, requisitions, and Bill of Materials - Specifying and ordering factored equipment such as motors, gearboxes, Lub Oil systems, mechanical seals, seal systems, and couplings - Coordinating design reviews and maintaining records as appropriate To succeed in this role, you should have: - 5 to 10 years of work experience - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Relevant experience in the related industry with knowledge of industry practices and standards - Minimum of 5 years of experience in centrifugal pump design - Experience in using calculation tools and software for pump design - Design and drafting skills - CAD and general computer skills In addition to the above, Sulzer offers you: - 22 vacation days + 9 days Casual leave + 8 days Sick Leave + 13 days Festival holidays - Defined contribution pension scheme - Hospitalization insurance benefit - On-site car parking - Subsidized cafeteria - Long service award Please note that no visa or work permit support can be provided for this role.
