Order Packing & Fulfillment Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as an Order Packing & Fulfillment Executive. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth processing, accurate packing, and timely dispatch of customer orders. Compare merchandise with order details before packing.

• Neatly and securely pack customer orders as per brand standards
• Maintain a daily record of all packed and dispatched parcels
• Handle fragile items carefully and ensure damage-free packing
• Ensure accurate labeling and tagging on every parcel
• Track and update the status of orders and returns
• Maintain inventory logs for packaging materials (tape, boxes, etc.)
• Assist in stock counting and stock inward/outward entries
• Report any damaged or missing items immediately
• Coordinate with delivery partners for timely pickups and parcel handovers
• Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and efficient
• Support basic quality checks before dispatch
• Keep an eye on low stock and inform the manager in advance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
