Job Description

As an Order Management Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing simple and complex orders. You will serve as the focal point for our sales admin department, distributors, partners, and internal teams to drive growth and ensure smooth order processing. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and process orders for Check Point products using the SAP-ERP system while adhering to business guidelines. - Investigate order discrepancies to ensure accuracy. - Provide back office support to distributors worldwide for ordering and licensing issues. - Collaborate with various departments within Check Point. Qualifications: - Proficiency in English (reading & writing) and exceptional customer service skills. - Ability to adapt to a technological environment. - 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. - Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. - Availability for flexible shifts, including extended shifts during the last week of each quarter. - Willingness to complete a 7-week training program with a flexible start date. - Previous experience in administration or data entry roles is advantageous. - Knowledge of SAP is a plus.,
