Order Management specialist

The Order Management Coordinator role is a key position within our Order Management & Support team. As an Order Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing both simple and complex orders to ensure efficient processing and delivery. Your role will involve serving as the primary point of contact between our sales admin department, distributors, partners, and various internal teams to drive growth and support our global operations. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and process orders for Check Point products using the SAP-ERP system, ensuring compliance with business guidelines. - Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies that may arise during the order processing. - Provide back-office support to distributors worldwide, assisting with ordering and licensing issues. - Collaborate and coordinate with other departments within Check Point to ensure seamless order management. Qualifications: - Proficiency in English (reading & writing) and strong customer service skills. - Ability to adapt to a technological environment and work effectively with various software systems. - 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. - Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. - Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts, including extended shifts during the last week of each quarter. - Commitment to completing a 7-week training program with a flexible start date. - Previous experience in administration or data entry roles is advantageous. - Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
