Location - Gurugram, Sector 18 (Work From Office) Role & responsibilities: At Orbit, we are seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The role involves sourcing and attracting candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and social media; screening applications; conducting initial interviews; and aligning shortlisted candidates with hiring managers. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , maintaining accurate records in ATS, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting Orbits growth. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Efficient sourcing, screening, and closure of open positions. Candidate Experience Ensure smooth and professional experience across the hiring cycle. Hiring Manager Alignment Timely scheduling, feedback collection, and closure support. Recruitment Operations Data accuracy, ATS updates, compliance, and reports. Employer Branding Support Contribution to Orbit’s visibility on LinkedIn, portals, and social media. Preferred candidate profile: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred) • 1–4 years of recruitment experience corporate or consulting environment, (Construction Based Roles Hiring is Preferred) • Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri/Apna Jobs), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media sourcing • Proficiency in Excel, ATS/HRMS tools (Zoho Recruit preferred) • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple openings under tight deadlines and deliver quality hires.
