You will play a crucial role in onboarding new partners, managing existing relationships, and driving partner engagement. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Job DescriptionManage the partner certification and application approval process. Facilitate partner up-leveling and down-leveling based on performance and program requirements. Oversee new partner registrations, ensuring accurate and efficient onboarding. Conduct regular audits between CRM and other data sources to maintain data integrity and identify areas for improvement. Perform marketplace audits to ensure partner compliance and optimize visibility. Maintain contact cleanliness within the CRM system. Manage and maintain partner contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to terms. Provide support with additional data gathering and reporting as needed. Proactively identify and address partner needs and concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner experience.SkillsetExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
