As an experienced professional with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key aspects: - Hands-on experience in setting up, configuring, and customizing Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules to align with organizational requirements. - Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, hiring workflows, candidate lifecycle management, and compliance requirements. - Expertise in Taleo Connect Client (TCC), web services, and APIs for seamless integrations with HR systems, ERP, and third-party applications. - Proficient in Taleo reporting tools, data extraction, and creating dashboards/metrics to support talent acquisition insights and decision-making.
