You have an opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Postgres SQL. With 10+ years of experience in Oracle databases, you will be responsible for hands-on development and support in Oracle DB. Your role will involve proficient PL/SQL coding, implementing queries, packages, stored procedures, cursors, functions, and triggers. It is essential to possess the ability to debug and document SQL and PL/SQL code effectively. In this role, you should have a solid understanding of database designs and data modeling techniques. Experience in data loading, validations, and exposure to PostgreSQL DB with PL/pgSQL coding will be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with DB migrations from Oracle to Postgres is a plus. Knowledge or exposure to Oracle Database administration tasks is desirable. An ideal candidate will have a good grasp of GCP cloud infrastructure and tools. Effective communication with onshore clients and dependent teams is crucial. Problem-solving skills, along with a positive can-do attitude, are essential. The role requires a proactive approach, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a strong team player mindset.
