Oracle Lead

As an Oracle Lead at Wipro, your role will involve strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that align with organizational and client objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple project teams to ensure program goals are achieved. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to design and improve end-to-end processes for operations. - Leading process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement, conducting data analysis, and developing actionable recommendations. - Designing and driving large Transformation initiatives such as automation, RPA, AI/GenAI, Chatbots, and CX tools like agent assist and workflow orchestration. - Driving automation initiatives through technology and process optimization to streamline manual tasks and enhance overall productivity. - Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to banking operations to improve business initiatives. - Managing discussions with stakeholders and ensuring transformation initiatives are completed on time. You should possess: - 5+ years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management. - Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization. - Core experience in Digital Transformation in Telecom order management and front office processes. - Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have: - PMP Certification. - Technical understanding of various Platform architecture and product features such as Genesys, SFDC, and ServiceNow. - Current technological landscape understanding and awareness of technologies like AI/GenAI. Your experience as an Oracle Database Admin for over 10 years will be valuable in this role.
