Oracle Fusion Time and Labor Functional Lead

Job Description: As an Oracle Time and Labor Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor modules across multiple business units, Legal Entities, and Countries. Your key responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting process flows, and translating them into OTL solutions. Additionally, you will configure OTL components such as time entry rules, approval workflows, schedules, and accrual plans.
