Oracle Financial consultantJob OverviewExperience 6 to 8 yearsWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Oracle Financials applications, providing technical and functional support to users, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of financial systems. The Oracle Financial Consultant will also be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing Oracle Financial solutions, and providing guidance on system enhancements and modifications. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and a strong ability to translate business needs into system functionality.ResponsibilitiesImplement and support Oracle Financials modules, ensuring they meet the business requirements and adhere to the company's policies and procedures.Provide functional and technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the Oracle Financials modules effectively.Participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Financials projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.Required SkillsProficiency in Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.Strong understanding of financial business processes and ability to translate business requirements into system functionalities.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions.The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant Oracle certifications would be advantageous.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion.Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud.Understanding of Oracle Project Accounting.Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL.Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports.Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) tools.Understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).Familiarity with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM).Experience with Oracle Procurement.Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).Required Experience7-10yrs
