As a Technical Documentation Specialist at Cloudseed Technologies, you will play a crucial role in crafting and maintaining technical documentation for Oracle EBS HCM. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure clarity and compliance across various documents such as user manuals, release notes, and integration guides. By bridging the gap between technical and functional teams, you will deliver comprehensive and accessible content that aligns with ERP standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle EBS HCM, including user manuals, release notes, and functional process documentation. - Collaborate with ERP and integration teams to translate technical specifications into clear and consumable documentation. - Conduct manual and functional testing to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with ISO and regulatory standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Deep understanding of Oracle EBS HCM functional flows and technical architecture. - Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, UNIX, and B2B integration technologies. - Strong written communication skills with the ability to convert complex concepts into clear and user-friendly guides.
