Role:- Oracle DBA Location:- Pune & Bangalore Experience Range:- 13 Years to 20 Years Must-Have** Working experience in Oracle DB 19c Configure and manage TDE and other encryption technologies. Ensure proper key management including key generation. Rotation and storage Handson experiences in Multitenant arch. Good-to-Have Automation knowledge Should be aware of ITIL process of Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Proactive in identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service to clients by managing incidents to resolution 2 Scripting and Automation 3 Production Support 4 Incident management- When required they will take responsibility for receiving calls and incidents at the services desk. They assist in analyzing, assigning and escalating the support calls. They also provide telephonic support to clients where required. 5 Behavioral skills- Engineers are required to strictly comply with all processes and procedures as prescribed by the company and the client when relevant. Their ability to communicate well and to capture all pertinent details when required will contribute to their success. They are able to multi-task and demonstrate good client service orientation. These individuals have good problem solving skills in Oracle / OEM
