Role Overview: As an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex planning solutions and managing end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM solutions. Your expertise in Business Processes, Consulting, and Oracle Applications will be essential in ensuring successful implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your strong knowledge in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Supplier Portal to drive efficient planning processes. - Lead at least 2 implementations in the aforementioned modules, showcasing your proven experience in delivering complex planning solutions. - Leverage your domain experience in planning for large organizations to provide valuable insights and solutions. - Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules to effectively navigate through implementations. - Work within a complex global ERP framework, showcasing your problem-solving skills, change management expertise, and documentation capabilities. - Independently engage with client users and senior management, effectively communicating and guiding them through the implementation process. - Mentor junior consultants in configuration, issue resolution, and testing, contributing to the overall success of the team. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud. - Expertise in Business Processes, Consulting, and Oracle Applications. - Strong knowledge in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Supplier Portal. - Proven experience in delivering complex planning solutions and managing end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM solutions, from discovery phase to go-live. - Domain experience in planning for large organizations is advantageous. - Proficiency in Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules is highly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to work within a complex global ERP framework, with a robust background in problem-solving, change management, and documentation. - Capability to work independently with client users and senior management. - Ability to guide junior consultants in configuration, issue resolution, and testing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Current Oracle certifications are highly desirable.,
