As an Oracle ERP & OCI Security Specialist at Baker Hughes, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, implementation, and governance of Oracle Applications Security and broader cybersecurity initiatives across Oracle Cloud and Enterprise platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation and management of Oracle Applications Security solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Baker Hughes compliance standards. You will collaborate effectively with infrastructure teams, vendors, managers, and stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable solutions. - Partnering with the rest of the Oracle SecOps team to manage Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Identity and Access Management (IAM), ensuring secure user provisioning, role-based access control, and compliance with internal and external audit requirements. - Enhancing the SAST scanning process across Oracle ERPs in collaboration with the BH Application Security team, introducing automation to streamline and optimize security workflows. - Leading the Enterprise Vulnerability Management (EVM) program and coordinating penetration testing for Oracle OCI-hosted applications. You will work closely with Oracle Managed Cloud Security, Oracle Apps platform owners, and BH Security to manage findings and drive remediation efforts. - Serving as the primary liaison between BH CSRC and Oracle for all matters related to Oracle Cloud OCI Security, defining the strategic direction and necessary cybersecurity initiatives in the OCI space. - Collaborating with Oracle Platform owners and Solution architects on Security Architecture for all OCI hosted applications. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased operational efficiency, demonstrating initiative and fostering collaboration to ensure comprehensive task execution and stakeholder engagement. To excel in this role, you should have: - A bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. - Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), vulnerability management platforms, and penetration testing coordination. - Hands-on experience with SAST/DAST tools. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Oracle Security, Cloud Security are highly desirable. - A strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and enterprise risk management.
