Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Consultant (FAH) - III

As an Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Consultant (FAH) - III in the Global Financial Technology team, you will play a crucial role in designing and building Expedia Group's next-generation accounting platform in the Cloud Application. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement effective solutions, design requirements, and drive strategic direction. In this role, you will: - Implement best practices and configure Cloud Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) for the new accounting platform. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and accounting teams to deliver new platform capabilities. - Design and develop functional processes for eCommerce financial integrations. - Lead new feature development from design to production release. - Support the development and execution of rollout strategies, transition plans, end-user training, and documentation. Experience & Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Financials (R12 and Cloud) in a complex, multinational environment. - Strong functional expertise in Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) with knowledge of GAAP Accounting. - Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle FAH implementations. - Good technical understanding of FAH & General Ledger (GL) modules. - Ability to analyze data and translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Strong communication and critical thinking skills. - Experience with Oracle SAAS and/or implementations on Cloud PAAS/IAAS frameworks is a plus.
