Options Traders

CapitalX is looking for experienced US markets short-term Options (Intra-day, scalp, swing) and Futures Traders with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a proven track record in US Equities and Futures markets. Our top traders achieve a monthly return of 20-30%. As you progress, we will provide training and guidance on trading techniques until you are ready to trade with capital. Traders will receive a share of the profits from their trading activities. This position is based in Gurgaon and requires physical presence at the office. Key Responsibilities: - Attend training sessions to enhance and refine trading skills. - Collaborate with proficient traders to enhance trading performance continually. - Actively engage in trading options/Futures using personal strategies and trading styles. The compensation for this role is performance-based, depending on the profits generated by the traders. The hiring process includes interviews to be conducted between Feb 26 to March 22 in Gurgaon. The process will include a written multiple-choice test, up to 2 face-to-face interviews, and 2 days of paper trading on IBKR. The work hours for this role are: - Monday to Friday: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Office provides food, snacks, and rest area) - Saturday: Work from home for 4 hours for training and skill enhancement.
