About the Role

Centstone Services is hiring an experienced OPT Recruiter for its US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, sourcing OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, Green Card, and US Citizen candidates for IT requirements. Experience using CEIPAL ATS and other recruitment platforms is required.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT consultants through CEIPAL, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Dice, and Monster.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, Green Card, and US Citizen profiles.

• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and assess suitability for IT requirements.

• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in CEIPAL ATS.

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Teams to fulfill recruitment requirements and achieve hiring targets.

Requirements

• 1 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing or OPT Recruitment.

• Hands-on experience with CEIPAL ATS and candidate sourcing platforms.

• Understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, Green Card, and US work authorization categories.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and candidate relationship management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US night-shift environment.
