Job Title: VMC Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated VMC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tool setting, program running, and a strong understanding of VMC machine operations. Flexibility in work hours and a commitment to quality work are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate VMC machines as per the job requirements.
• Run and monitor pre-written CNC programs.
• Adjust tools and offsets as needed to ensure product quality.
• Perform tool setting and tool life monitoring.
• Ensure components meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the workspace.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a VMC Operator.(Freshers are also welcome)
• Strong knowledge of tool cutting, tool setting, and program operation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurement instruments.
• Flexible to work in shifts (day/night as required).
• Must be a resident of Greater Noida or willing to relocate nearby.
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
