Job Description

As a Junior Software Developer in the RAN Performance & Monitoring team at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge 5G RAN performance and monitoring solutions. You will be part of an agile team responsible for creating high-performance backend services in Golang and intuitive frontend dashboards using React to monitor, analyze, and optimize RAN performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop backend services in Golang for real-time RAN performance data processing. - Build responsive React dashboards for performance visualization. - Collaborate with RAN engineers to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. **Qualifications Required:** - 35 years of experience in software development. - Proficiency in Golang (concurrency, gRPC, REST APIs). - Solid skills in React.js (hooks, state management). - Understanding of microservices and API integrations. - Exposure to containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred. - Familiarity with telecom or RAN KPIs is an advantage. - Experience in working in an agile team. --- As a Senior Software Developer in the RAN Performance & Monitoring team, you will take on a leadership role in developing scalable backend services in Golang and optimizing React-based dashboards for monitoring RAN performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development of scalable backend services in Golang. - Architect and optimize React-based dashboards. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to system design. - Drive performance, scalability, and security improvements. - Collaborate closely with RAN engineers and cross-functional teams. - Act as Scrum Master in a cross-functional team. **Qualifications Required:** - 6-10 years of experience in software development. - Advanced expertise in Golang and React.js. - Experience with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD. - Strong understanding of telecom systems or RAN KPIs preferred. - Leadership in code quality, architecture, and team collaboration.
