Helpful staff. But if you reach in emergency after minutes past 7pm.....You have to return without being attended. We were lucky to get attention and also repair our phone by the shop just adjacent to this service centre.

Service slow reception counter only 2 by the way agr kisi ko 5 mint ka koi minor kaam b hai to use waiting me bethe rehna padhta hai oppo need to improve your service centre

Old Earphones were replaced with the new one as it was in warranty period within a week. Good response and support from the service centre

Genuine service centre. Very less waiting time. Staff is polite. Rated less because of availability of parts they should have enough stock as OPPO is a growing brand.
