Job Description

Position: Operations Manager Location: Tricity (Chandigarh Panchkula Mohali) Industry: Security Services and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Services Key Responsibilities: Manpower Management: Ability to arrange and deploy manpower at short notice to meet operational needs. Team Leadership: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring a high level of service delivery. Security Services Oversight: Oversee the execution of security services, ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards. IFM Services Management: Supervise the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, including maintenance, housekeeping, and other facilities-related services. Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Training & Development: Train and develop staff on safety standards, security protocols, and IFM processes. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed reports on service performance, incidents, and key operational activities. Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation and ensure operational costs are controlled and within limits. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in security services and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams and operations effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to act quickly under pressure and manage manpower requirements at short notice. Previous experience in managing and coordinating large teams across various locations is a plus. Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance within security and facility management. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability. Desired Skills: Experience with service delivery optimization and managing service contracts. Proficiency in using operational management tools and software. Ability to train and motivate staff to achieve high performance. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
