Project Role : Operations Engineer Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Server Administration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of production systems. - Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve any issues. - Implement and maintain system configurations and settings. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Provide timely support to end-users and address their queries and concerns. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. - Experience with managing and maintaining production systems. - Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
