Operations Associate – Night Shift

About the Role:

We are hiring a street-smart and adaptable Operations Executive for the night shift who is eager to learn and grow. This role requires someone who can work independently, think on their feet, and take full ownership of operational tasks. You will be actively involved in report creation, online portal management, client coordination, and appointment handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and edit daily operational reports accurately and on time
• Manage and update records on online portals and internal systems
• Coordinate with clients and drivers to schedule and confirm appointments
• Monitor and manage the delivery and follow-up of reports
• Ensure smooth communication across teams and with external partners
• Handle multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency
• Troubleshoot operational issues during night hours and escalate when needed
• Maintain logs, documentation, and ensure all data is up to date

What We’re Looking For:

• Street-smart with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Adaptable and reliable, especially during solo night operations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, and online platforms
• Ability to stay organized and multitask efficiently
• Previous experience in operations, client handling, or report processing is a plus
