Role Description We’re seeking a hands-on operations supervisor to manage daily dispatch, packaging, stock control, basic procurement coordination, and team supervision. You’ll ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintain documentation, and keep warehouse operations running smoothly. Qualifications Plan and oversee daily dispatch and packaging Maintain accurate stock records and receipts/issues Coordinate with procurement and vendors for material needs Supervise manpower for warehouse and dispatch functions Strong Communication skills Experience in Customer Service Knowledge of Textile is a plus 12th pass will do as long as they have experience Prepare dispatch-related documents using Tally, Excel, and Google 1-2 experience in operations (preferably in textile) Salary - 2-2.5L/annum Show more Show less
