Job Description

As an OT Trainer at GD Goenka Healthcare Academy, Gurgaon Sec-83, your role involves delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training to students enrolled in the Operation Theatre Technology program. Your responsibilities include: - Delivering classroom and laboratory-based training on Operation Theatre techniques, sterilization, surgical instruments, and patient care throughout all stages of surgery. - Creating lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and evaluation tools to align with curriculum standards. - Providing hands-on demonstrations and supervising practical training in simulated or real clinical environments. - Keeping accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress. - Supporting students in skill development, offering individual mentoring, and resolving academic queries. - Collaborating with academic coordinators, industry experts, and healthcare partners for guest lectures, workshops, and internships. - Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines in healthcare education. - Conducting regular reviews to enhance training methods and content in line with industry trends. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree in Operation Theatre Technology or a related field. - Certification in teaching/training programs would be an advantage. - Prior experience in conducting training sessions in healthcare or educational settings.
