We are Hiring for an HR Recruiter for the role as Sr consultant/Manager - IT/Non IT .

Location:

Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process IT/Non IT.

2. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

3. Schedule and conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews.

4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

2. Good understanding of recruitment tools & techniques.

3. Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

5. Good Souring Knowledge.

Eligibility:

• Min 5+Years of experience in IT/Non IT Recruitment .

• Any Degree / MBA / Any UG or PG .
