About the Role

Senior SDET

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Java/Python/JavaScript
• Implement and maintain automation suites using tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Robot Framework
• Build and manage test strategies and detailed test plans for various projects and features
• Ensure CI/CD integration of test cases using GitHub Actions and version control via GIT
• Develop and execute API testing using Rest Assured or other language equivalent
• Perform end-to-end automation of Salesforce Cloud applications (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.)
• Conduct code reviews, drive best practices in QE, and mentor junior QA engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps
• Contribute to release readiness by ensuring test coverage and defect management

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering and test automation
• Strong programming skills in

  Java, Python, and/or JavaScript

• Hands-on experience with

  Selenium, Playwright, and Robot Framework

• Expertise in

  Git

  and

  GitHub Actions

  for CI/CD pipeline integration
• Proficiency in

  REST API

  testing using

  Rest Assured

• Deep experience in testing

  Salesforce

  applications (Sales/Marketing/Service Cloud)
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategy development, and test planning
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in setting up and maintaining Selenium Grid infrastructure using Docker or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Playwright infrastructure setup, including scaling in CI environments
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
• Prior experience in testing microservices-based architecture
• Knowledge of test data management and synthetic data generation techniques
