Job Description

Role & responsibilities The role involves annotating images and auditing of annotated (the process of labeling specific elements within the images based on predefined guidelines) images that contain mathematical tasks. The primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines in the annotations. This position also involves assessing the correctness of labeled elements, verifying compliance with predefined rules, and providing feedback for improvements if necessary. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with mathematical concepts are essential. Skills/qualifications required Language Proficiency: Written and Verbal expertise in English (to understand the task guidelines and be able to communicate). Domain Knowledge: Must have a good knowledge of the Math domain in areas like Algebra, Elementary Math, Geometry, Calculus and Statistics, up to +2 level. Qualified B.Sc Mathematics/B.tech. Must have at least 2 years of experience in Mathematics related fields. Knowledge of LaTeX code is an additional advantage. Commitment to work on time-sensitive projects. Computer Skill: Basic computer handling skills, including knowledge in Excel tools for efficient workflow management. Prior experience working on advanced/ complex maths problem solving would be an added advantage. Prior experience in quality checks or audits is an add on. Experience in any annotation tool would be an advantage. Should have the ability to multitask and be flexible to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changes in the project requirements, and meet deadlines as needed. Key responsibilities Ability to comprehend and evaluate mathematical problems ranging from basic to advanced levels, identify any errors, and provide constructive feedback accordingly. Ability to understand Math latex and able to work on sheet based tasks. To ensure the accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines in the annotations. Do Calibrations session within Team, with other location or even with client as per instructions, on requirement. To coordinate with other team members for sharing best practice. Work independently and within a team. Communicate well with internal and external contacts as per requirement. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously without any / minimal guidance or help from seniors or peers team members All KPI related tasks must be followed & adhered to avoid business impact Maintain confidentiality for all process related work and other office related critical details Any additional ad hoc tasks that may contribute to a better service to the client or improvement to the KPIs. Contract Duration: 3 months
