1.Manage with customers and providing necessary information and support

2.Maintained up to date daily reports and dealer records for Efficient sales management

3.Resolving customer and dealers’ complaints through email, phone

4.Assisting in digital marketing initiatives, promotional activities and lead generation

5.Managed online applications, data uploads and product listings effectively

6.Provided induction training on online applications and supported administrative functions

7.Co-ordinated billing and dispatch process for customers and dealers
