Key Responsibilities

1. Starting Business in a New Village

• Identify and survey potential villages
• Assist Branch Manager in feasibility & survey completion

2. Business Sourcing

• Identify and meet potential female customers
• Explain loan product details
• Process application and verify KYC/residence

3. Disbursement Support

• Assist in loan disbursement
• Ensure accurate loan documentation

4. EMI Collection

• Collect EMIs from customer groups
• Deposit same day to bank & update
