Role Summary We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead brand growth and positioning initiatives. The candidate should come with proven experience in media or marketing agencies and will be responsible for developing ATL campaigns, managing media buying, and creating impactful GTM strategies. This role demands a mix of creativity, data-driven decision making, and strong leadership to scale the brand effectively. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop long-term brand strategies to strengthen market presence and visibility Drive brand architecture and ensure consistency across campaigns and touchpoints Translate business objectives into marketing strategies and action plans Campaign Management (ATL Focus) Plan, develop, and execute large-scale ATL campaigns (TV, print, radio, outdoor) Coordinate with creative agencies, media planners, and vendors to ensure impactful execution Evaluate campaign performance and optimize for effectiveness and ROI Media Buying & Planning Lead negotiations and partnerships with media houses, agencies, and vendors Allocate budgets across ATL channels to maximize efficiency Monitor spending against planned budgets and report ROI Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Design and implement GTM plans for new launches, products, or brand extensions Align cross-functional teams (sales, product, digital, PR) to execute GTM rollouts Conduct pre- and post-launch analysis to refine strategy Market Insights & Research Conduct consumer, category, and competitor analysis for data-driven decisions Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of competition Translate insights into actionable strategies for brand building Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a small team of brand executives/associates Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, digital, social, and sales Present brand strategies, campaign results, and insights to leadership Requirements Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred Experience: 810 years of experience in brand management, with prior exposure to media or marketing agency setups Strong expertise in ATL campaigns, media buying, and GTM strategy Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong project management and leadership capabilities Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision making Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under deadlines What We Offer Opportunity to lead brand building for a growing business Collaborative work culture with creative freedom Exposure to high-impact campaigns across ATL and integrated media Competitive compensation package with growth potential
