Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Management & Coordination
  • Manage and streamline patient registration, appointments, and consultation schedules.
  • Ensure proper patient flow to minimize waiting time and overcrowding.
  • Assist patients with guidance regarding OPD processes, consultation rooms, and diagnostic areas.
  • Doctor & Staff Coordination
  • Maintain doctors’ OPD schedules and communicate changes to patients and staff.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff, reception, and diagnostic departments for timely patient support.
  • Ensure availability of necessary records, reports, and equipment for doctors.
  • Administrative Duties
  • Monitor OPD counters, ensure smooth billing and registration processes.
  • Maintain daily OPD records, statistics, and prepare reports as required.
  • Coordinate with hospital administration for operational needs of the OPD.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
