Onsite Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Onsite Supervisor to join our civil construction team. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge and hands-on experience in construction site management, labor handling, and raw material coordination. This role requires strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to meet daily targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site ensuring smooth workflow. Manage and monitor labor workforce, ensuring discipline, productivity, and safety compliance. Achieve daily and weekly construction targets as per project requirements. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of raw materials. Ensure quality standards and adherence to drawings, specifications, and project deadlines. Maintain proper records of manpower, material usage, and daily progress reports. Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and management to resolve site-related issues. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations. Requirements: Minimum one year of experience in civil construction site supervision. Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, labor management, and raw material requirements. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Good communication and leadership skills. Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word) preferred.
