Role Overview: As a candidate for the Infosys BPM Walk-In Drive on 13th Sep 2025 at Bangalore, you will be joining as a Commerce Fresher in the role of an Operations Associate. Your main responsibility will be to handle outbound calls efficiently and effectively in a 24*7 environment, including night shifts. You will also need to demonstrate proficiency in basic computer knowledge, excellent website research skills, and good command over English grammar and fluency.
