Online Sales & Operations Executive – Dubai Real Estate

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

* Communication & Client Handling: Excellent communication skills with fluent English, strong client-handling abilities, and the confidence to understand client requirements, present suitable properties virtually, coordinate with developers, and drive online sales closures.

* Market Knowledge: Good awareness of world geography, international client markets, and preferably a sound understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

* Online Sales Experience: Candidates with experience in online sales, virtual selling, lead management, and client conversion will be preferred.

* Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing for creatives, campaigns, and performance reports; IT for technical support and CRM management; and Accounts for expense tracking, financial reporting, and maintaining the business P&L.

* Operations & Reporting: Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Excel, and capable of generating daily reports, preparing and assigning daily task lists, tracking deliverables, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth backend operations.

* Work Flexibility: Must be comfortable working from the office, coordinating across different time zones, and travelling if required.

Preferred Candidate Background:

Online sales experience in the Real Estate industry, particularly Dubai real estate.

Online sales experience in EdTech or other service-oriented industries, with a strong focus on lead conversion and virtual client handling.

Candidates with prior Dubai market exposure and a proven sales track record will be given preference.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
