Key Responsibilities:
A. Online Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual online sales targets.
- Identify new online sales channels and business opportunities.
- Improve sales conversion, average order value and repeat purchases.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing and product demand.
B. Marketplace & Website Management :
- Ensure accurate product listings, product descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.
- Coordinate product launches, catalog updates, promotions and online campaigns.
- Improve website performance, customer experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor product ratings, reviews, returns and cancellation rates.
C. Team Management:
- Lead and supervise the online sales, marketplace operations, catalog and customer support teams.
- Set individual and team targets and review performance regularly.
- Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, warehouse, dispatch and finance teams.
- Train team members and improve productivity.
D. Order & Operations Management :
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch and delivery coordination.
- Monitor stock availability and inventory accuracy across all online channels.
- Reduce order cancellations, returns, RTO (Return to Origin) and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and marketplace account managers.
- Ensure proper handling of returns, refunds and customer escalations.
E. Marketing & Promotions:
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for paid campaigns, offers and promotions.
- Plan seasonal campaigns for festivals, weddings and new collections.
- Track advertising expenditure, ROAS and overall campaign profitability.
- Use sales data and customer insights to improve product performance.
F. MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly online sales reports.
- Monitor sales targets versus actual sales.
- Track channel-wise revenue, gross margins, returns, cancellations and advertising costs.
- Present business performance, challenges and growth plans to management.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
