As an Online Reputation Management Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence. You will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to monitor our online reputation and update content across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Online Reputation Management: Monitor and track online mentions of our organization across various platforms. Respond to reviews, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner. Identify and address potential issues or negative feedback to maintain a positive online image. Content Updating: Assist in updating and maintaining content on our website and listing portals. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand voice and messaging. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies. Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize content and reputation management efforts. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our online presence. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
