We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director to support senior leadership in strategic and operational activities.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Director.Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.Handle internal & external communication, including emails, reports, and presentations.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.Conduct market research, data analysis, and report generation for decision-making.Assist in tracking and execution of business strategies & special projects.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.Liaise with department heads, clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth workflow and time management.Support in documentation, compliance, and process improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an EA, preferably in the manufacturing or automobile industry. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle high-pressure situations & work with senior management. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business matters.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in supply chain, production planning, or automotive sector. Understanding of financial reports & budgeting. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
