Job Description : We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries via chat. The ideal candidate will have strong written and spoken English skills, basic math knowledge, and the ability to provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customers. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via chat promptly and accurately. Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism. Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and effective support. Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer queries. Requirements: 12th pass/Graduate (freshers are welcome). Good command over English (both written and spoken). Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of 2035 WPM. Basic understanding of mathematics to handle simple calculations. Ability to work in rotational shifts.
