Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, and academic heads. Plan and execute school visits, presentations, and promotional activities. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions and support. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and brand visibility. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. Represent the company at education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events. Required Skills: Proven 5-10 years of sales experience in the publishing industry (school books segment preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
