Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jamnagar, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the role. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will handle prospecting and securing new clients while managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Tasks include implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, providing training to sales teams, and achieving sales targets. You will also contribute to marketing initiatives to drive growth and brand recognition. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs Proven Sales experience, including handling negotiations and achieving targets Skills in Sales Management and the ability to lead and train other sales team members Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
