Our aim is to help each child realize his or her hidden potential that appears enveloped even after attending school We are looking for a passionate Art Expert who can help us build a strong community of budding artists, and build manage curriculum for various art courses. This art expert will lead the teachers teaching at Art Beat. Roles responsibilities Work as the main teacher at Art Beat, guide other teaching staff , assistant teachers and interns. Take sessions, courses for our students both online and offline Build and manage art curriculum for Art Beat Work on innovative ideas that involve art across different mediums such as painting, sketching, pastels, acrylics, etc. to build interesting art course curriculum for kids adults. Mentor and train art teachers to ensure that teaching quality is met as per Art Beat standard. Periodically work on class audit and give feedback to teachers to improve. Plan and prepare worksheets, access the art worksheet online on Google classroom. Work on video curriculum, give feedback on pre recorded classes live classes. Providing clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge. Ensuring effective teaching and best use of available time. Should know how to shoot instructional videos engage kids in the online class. Maintaining discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encouraging good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work. Support teachers with curriculum planning and coordination Work allocation for all teachers at the school Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Needs to have a background in Art/Fine Arts. Preferably a master's or bachelor's (with experience) in fine arts Prior experience in an Art school or a pre-school is a plus. Prior experience of teaching is mandatory. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications You should be available to work full-time at our centre for a minimum of 6 months Needs to have a background in Art/Fine Arts. Highly skilled self-taught artists are also welcome.
