srmb srijan ltd is looking for OFFICER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Sourcing and Vendor Selection: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors to source the required goods or services.Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Proposals (RFPs): Prepare and issue RFQs or RFPs to vendors, outlining the organization's requirements and seeking competitive bids.Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other contractual conditions.Purchase Orders: Create and issue purchase orders to selected vendors, specifying the details of the purchase, such as item description, quantity, and price.Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries.Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock levels and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.Quality Assurance: Ensure that purchased goods and services meet the organization's quality standards and specifications.Cost Analysis: Analyze pricing proposals and conduct cost comparisons to identify cost-saving opportunities.Contract Management: Monitor and manage supplier contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance.Purchase Requisition Review: Review purchase requisitions submitted by various departments within the organization and validate their compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
