Experience / Role:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Skill Set:
  • Effective communication and relationship-management skills
  • Conversant with the capital market and Issuer RTA dynamics
  • Ability to connect dots between business, regulatory, operational and technology-related requirements
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving job requirements
  • Ability to prepare MIS, reports and presentations using AI and other innovative tools
  • Ability to read and interpret regulatory circulars and understand the logic behind their implementation
  • Confidence to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge related to CRM shall be an added advantage
Job Description:
  • Gain practical insights into the functioning of a depository and the broader capital-market ecosystem
  • Manage relationships and interact with senior officials of Issuers i.e. listed companies, Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs) and Professionals like practicing company secretaries and chartered accountants
  • Understand complex business and operational queries and facilitate appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across business, operations, product, technology and other functions
  • Prepare MIS, analytical reports, presentations and actionable business insights
  • Study regulatory developments and assess their business and operational implications
  • Contribute to client engagement, product enablement and process-improvement initiatives
  • Develop the required domain and professional skills through structured on-the-job learning and training
