Job Description

Inventory & Procurement: Oversee the inventory of office stationery, pantry items, and equipment; place orders to ensure zero downtime. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships and services with office-related vendors, maintenance crews, and IT support. Workplace Maintenance: Maintain absolute cleanliness, organization, and functional layout of the office premises
• Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, tracking internal contracts, employee records, and operational reports. • Data Processing: Perform fast and accurate data entry into CRM software, internal databases, or spreadsheets. • Meeting Documentation: Record accurate meeting minutes and distribute summaries to respective teams.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
