About Us

Sarbabharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad is one of India’s most renowned cultural examination boards, dedicated to preserving and promoting Indian music, dance, and culture. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Odia-Speaking Office Executive to join our team and support our administrative and cultural operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
• Age: 20 – 35 years
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• Preferred: Candidates with a background or experience in music, dance, or other cultural fields will be given added preference

Key Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently
• Send official documents via WhatsApp and email
• Coordinate communication between departments and ensure smooth workflow
• Assist in organizing cultural events and maintaining related documentation

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Odia language (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Strong sense of responsibility and organizational ability
