Job Specification

Designation: Office Co-ordinator

Job type: Full-time/On-site

Salary: 8,000 – 12,000 per month/-

Timings: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Days: Monday - Saturday

Language: English, Hindi, Bengali

Educational Background – Any graduate with relevant experience

Years of Experience- 1-5years

Work Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

NOTE: The interview process will be conducted offline (face-to-face). No virtual interview will be entertained for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the design team to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.
• Receive and understand design briefs from managers and team leaders.
• Organize, maintain, and manage design files, project folders, and documentation.
• Track the progress of ongoing projects and follow up with the team for timely completion.
• Collect completed or in-progress projects from designers and submit them to team leads and managers.
• Maintain and monitor shared drives, folders, and project storage systems.
• Tally project outputs against given requirements, briefs, and guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper versioning of design deliverables.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Hindi, both verbally and in writing.
• Share inputs, observations, and opinions confidently with the team when required.
• Demonstrate technical aptitude and a basic understanding of design workflows and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Arts, Management, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in a design coordination, creative operations, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of graphic design, motion graphics, or digital media workflows.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience working in a design studio, creative agency, or digital marketing company.
• Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects – basic understanding).
• Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
• Understanding of branding, layouts, and design timelines.
