We are looking for a dedicated and sincere male staff for Office Boy job.

Office Boy Job Description :

Cleaning :

Ensure all common areas such as meeting rooms, kitchen, and restrooms are neat and well-maintained. Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste properly.

Kitchen and Pantry Management:

• Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office Visitor.
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the pantry and office.
• Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
• Purchasing in local market
• Run daily tasks such as banking and other external tasks .
• Coordinate with team members for field-related activities.
• Handling general office tasks, including photocopy, filling.
• Coordinate with external service providers for repairs and maintenance.

Skills

• Proven experience as an Office Boy or similar role.
• Basic understanding of office procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Physical stamina to perform various manual tasks.
• Driving Skills
• Own Vehicle Preferred for movement (Vehicle transit reimbursements for office work will be given)

Experience: More than one year

Education: Read Basic English

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position with standard office hours.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
