Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping the office clean and tidy, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining hygiene in the pantry and washrooms.
• Serving Refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Basic Administrative Tasks: Handling filing, photocopying, scanning, and document delivery.
• Errand Running: Collecting and delivering documents, packages, or supplies within and outside the office.
• Office Support: Assisting with other general office tasks, such as opening and closing the office.
• Maintaining Office Supplies: Ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked.
• Assisting with Equipment: Maintaining office equipment like photocopiers and printers.
• He ought to know about all the writing material and different prerequisites needed in a conference center.
• He should keep the workplace tables, seats, almirahs, windows, shelves, desk areas and lodge perfect and clean.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
